This is that venerable tool, originally by Graham Mainwaring, which has been around since 1997; it was abandonware for a while, but I am happy to report that the project has been taken up by Mark Griffiths.

If your Windows box is giving bad time using its internals, this is one great way to test, and confirm or deny OS compromise as cause!
