On many SATA systems, BartPE will not recognize CD-ROM and/or hard drive if they are SATA. This is also a known XP problem. Dell must have an internal solution, because they have a CD-based XP system installer, the latest reloader, for PCs known to have this problem. Otherwise, solution not known, yet.
